This is getting a little ridiculous...I just got another email update from babycenter.com giving me my 26 week stats. It compares my baby to an "English hothouse cucumber!!" What does an English hothouse cucumber look like you might ask? Well let me show you...
She is apparently about 14 inches long (the length of the cucumber pictured above - courtesy of babycenter.com) and weighs about a pound and 2/3. The email says she might be able to hear voices outside the womb. I can definitely tell that she responds to sounds already though! Tonight during Tom's club talk at Young Life, I swear she was responding to the sound of his voice because she kicked me and moved around the entire time he was up front! So cute!
Well, that's all for now...more "baby bump" pictures to come soon. But, for now I am off to bed! I just couldn't resist sharing about the crazy fruit/vegetable of the week!
